On a regular schedule, ClubOS gathers what changed and emails the member. They can unsubscribe from these any time, and it's never sent twice for the same event, and quiet-hours and a frequency cap keep it from piling up.
Dark-inbox is a simulated backdrop — the email is pinned light by design (best-effort dark preview).
